The TVI Pipe & Joint Repair Kit (Syntho-Glass) provides an effective, time and cost efficient solution for
the repair and corrosion protection of pipes, pipelinings, pilings and similar
structures. Our products are used globally and serve a broad range of markets
including industrial, marine, oil and gas, municipalities, mining and utilities.
De-pressuring, production shutdowns and pipeline replacement are very costly
and not the most desirable or cost effective method of repair. Pipelines in
jeopardy of a catastrophic failure, due to wall thickness erosion and external
and/or internal corrosion, are especially suited for pipeline reinforcement
and containment using a fiberglass and resin composite called Syntho-Glass.

Recent Advancements in composite reinforcement repair technology now allow
for in-service repairs that are both cost effective and eliminate unscheduled
shutdowns. The method and products described reduce many of the hazards
and problems associated with welding metal sleeves, or as cutting and replacing
pipe sections. This offers a more time efficient repair than those associated
with pre-fabricated reinforced composite sleeves that are bonded into place.
In essence, an external reinforced fiberglass resin composite sleeve is
fabricated on site over the pipeline sections requiring repair. The application
is simple, quick and cost effective.

Description
This kit fixes joints, leaks, cracks and pinholes under pressure.
The simplified application process is prepackaged to accommodate pipes up
to ten inches in diameter. Larger diameter pipes are repairable as well. Please call us for our recommendation.
